Scoring and grading project based learning setups is challenging due to various reasons. Most of them boil down to have too few well documented data points which are usable as a base for a transparent grading.

In this talk a brief over view of different approaches to getting a grade and their shortcomings is given and one idea to make reviews a reliable and transparent base of grading project base courses is presented.
