In this talk, I would like to further explore some of the ideas presented in an earlier talk at the DevOpsDays Vilnius 2025:
Why do we so often fail to understand each other even if we all seem to speak the same language? What can we do about it? And how does this relate to the concepts of shared context and culture maps?
