Where is waldo? I mean technician?

Dynamics Remote Assist was built to connect people with a problem and not the knowhow with people that have the knowhow. In this session we will give you an overview of how these solutions work, whether it is a call center agent setting up a 1 Remote Assist Call with a customer so they can both see the problem over a cellphone camera. -OR- A service engineer who is equipped with a HoloLens Device working on a machine requiring assistance, or wanting to document a repair. We will demo this live and discuss the requirements.
