I'll highlight the importance of the app layer in collecting the right off-chain data for better coordination, rewards, decision-making in web3 communities. I'll share my vision of Mercle where web3 communities are like governments, Gnosis Safe is the treasury, Snapshot/Tally the governance & judiciary, & a modular, custom, interoperable membership system is crucial for growth.
