Personal branding is a fundamental strategy to elevate career growth and development. The importance of personal branding to boost self-esteem on a personal and professional level can not be overlooked. In this talk, I will share my roadmap to find my personal brand and the strategy to develop my leadership personality. I will share how GDG and WTM community engagement, teaching, career work and other strategies helped me to master the imposter and lifted my self-esteem to grow a personal brand.
