This talk covers integrating an AI-powered developer assistant into a production CI/CD pipeline to improve code review quality, speed, and consistency. From an experimental CLI tool to a fully automated pipeline reviewer, it shows embedding AI into merge request workflows, using model context protocols to inject compliance and project-specific data, and leveraging automation for adoption. Early results include reduced senior engineer review time and improved review coverage. Attendees will learn to design, improve, and operationalize AI-assisted workflows.
