Bridging Generational Differences at WorkPlace -Traditionalists, Babyboomers, GenX, Millenials, GenZ
What kinds of challenges do generational differences present for today’s employers? Whether you are part of the Traditionalist, Babyboomer, GenX, Millenial, or GenZ Generation, you have something unique to contribute to your organization. However, some of the differences in values, perspectives, and experiences between the generations can cause various challenges and tension in the workplace. This session is focused on the qualities and characteristics of each generation, maximizing the experiences and perspectives of the people in each generation, and moving toward greater understanding.
How can we foster an environment to bridge the gap between the generational workforce differences? And what are the traits, beliefs, and life experiences that mark each generation, influencing how they work, communicate, and respond to change?
