In this session, we will customize Sitecore marketing automation in such a way that it can be connected to Azure and save contact's data in Azure storage securely and then with the help of Azure functions, we can send SMS or can perform any action.
This way we are not overloading Sitecore with actions that can be performed outside of Sitecore. With the help of this session, I'd like to share my Sitecore and azure knowledge with the community and my focus will be to go step by
step showing how to customize marketing automation and create necessary resources in Azure.
