"How" and "Why" - With good questions towards user-centered IT applications

In everyday practice, we often find that our solutions do not generate the desired enthusiasm among users. We are all familiar with the image of the tree and the wrongly-built swing, and we know that this is far too often the case. Have we misunderstood the users—or perhaps simply failed to ask them? Rebekka shares some insights about our poorly constructed swings and what she has learned from them.
