That skill is navigating in unfamiliar territory to a definite goal. How to go from where you are, to where you want to go. We cannot help you in every situation, but, when you are thinking about your testing organization we have been there and done that time and time again. In this session, we will apply the navigation process identified by organizations around the world to the concept of maturing a Testing Center of Excellence.

• Map Legend
• Grid References
• Landmarks and Contour lines
• Scale (Time vs Distance)
