Make your boss love dbt: Bringing value through best practices
Back in 2020, when I started my journey as Analytics Engineer, my first assignment was to create a PoC to showcase what dbt could bring to the table for the company. In this talk, I will share all the tips, tricks, and anecdotes of how we convince our Boss to implement dbt across the organization and cut big bucks in costs in our AWS pipelines.
