Adventureworks is so yesterday! Learning how to work in MS Fabric with the standard datasets you come across in training exercises is relatively simple but there’s still a huge gap in trying to apply it to a complex business domain such as Finance.

In this hands-on tutorial you will work in Microsoft Fabric through the full end-to-end analytics cycle working with a messy, unstructured set of financial (accounting) data, building a General Ledger/Trial Balance supported with a Chart of Accounts and Organisational Hierarchy, complete with an Income Statement/Profitability report in Power BI.

This full-day tutorial will be supported by an interactive e-learning course (dozens of task-based modules each complete with short videos, quizzes/scenario interactions and “practice the clicks” exercises), hosted in a professional Learning Management System, which you will have access to for 12 months after the session.
