Drawing on my experience scaling Guayaki Yerba Mate, a founding B Corp and mission-driven CPG, this session explores how ventures can grow fast without losing their soul. The same balance between purpose and performance that powered Guayaki’s success now defines the frontier of ethical AI.

We’ll unpack what it really means to bring ethical AI to market in a world driven by speed, scale, and investor returns. Using Copi, an AI-first financial agent designed to promote financial mobility as a live case study, we’ll examine how transparency, social purpose, and business discipline can coexist.

Attendees will learn the practical ways we're trying to align product design, growth strategy, and revenue models around a clear social mission without compromising impact or profitability.
