Using the Built-in CRM functionality in BC: Segments, Tasks, Interactions, Opportunities & More
Many companies implement Business Central without knowing there is CRM functionality within the product. This session will provide a brief overview of the setups and then dive into the functionality. Interactions allow you to track all correspondence with your prospects, customers, and vendors. Segments allow you to pinpoint your contacts for additional communications. Opportunities allow you to build your pipeline, provide guidelines for managing the pipeline and view the progress of the opportunities in the pipeline.
