Breaking the Owner Seller Bottleneck. Building a Scalable Growth Engine for Business Central Partner

This session is designed for Business Central partner owners who want to reduce founder dependency and build a firm that can scale.

In many Microsoft Business Central partner firms, the owner remains the primary driver of sales. Pipeline momentum often depends on founder availability, limiting growth to the capacity of one person.

At the same time, marketing is frequently broad or technology focused rather than buyer focused. Sales efforts, marketing activity, and Microsoft partner strategy exist, but they are often misaligned, making it difficult to stand out, generate consistent demand, or scale the business.

Many factors influence partner growth. This session does not attempt to address them all. Instead, it focuses on the three areas that most consistently limit growth across Business Central partner firms. The sales engine, the marketing strategy, and the Microsoft partner strategy. When these three are intentionally aligned and redesigned, firms often see rapid improvement in revenue predictability, profitability, and scalability.

Drawing on real world experience building and scaling Microsoft practices, this session presents a practical approach to breaking the owner seller bottleneck and building a scalable growth engine.

As a bonus for those attending live, attendees will receive access to a complimentary tool called the Opportunity Accelerator to help assess current sales pipelines and identify which opportunities are most likely to close.
