Agile: the key to the Business Sustainability

In this talk I would like to speak about the Agile mindset and how this makes you think in an Agile way, and then let you understand why the Agile tools you adopt will not give the desired results, if you don't abandon the old mindset.

It is often said that many do Agile but are not Agile if they do not change the structure of the company. To reap the benefits and do Business Agility, the entire organization must aim for sustainability by revising the processes, redefining the value from the end customer's point of view.

It is time to give space to shared autonomy which makes the company much more responsive to events. Traditional organizations are too slow to react quickly to changes, but they think that there is no other way to deal with their activity, often justifying it with the years of experience proven by economic success, and the pressing pace of activity that does not allow space for the reorganization.

Is it still sustainable to maintain the balances and internal interests of the company consolidated over time?

Why do companies find strong resistance to Agile thinking? Can we think of turning a traditional company into an Agile company?

Can transparency and trust be achieved by focusing on common and shared goals that aim at customer satisfaction?

Can we make the paradigm shift and reorganization without running into the change management waterfall?

First public delivery.
