When users say “Dataverse is slow”, the hard part is turning a feeling into evidence: Which requests are slow? Which tables, queries, users, forms, or customizations correlate with the spikes? In this session we share a practical observability approach for Dataverse and model-driven apps using Azure Application Insights telemetry and Kusto queries (Azure Data Explorer / Log Analytics).
We’ll walk through a real-world case where one of our customer reported intermittent performance problems. By building a dedicated monitoring dashboard, we identified slow query patterns, hotspots caused by customizations, and usage behaviors that amplified latency.
