SumUp is a credit card acceptance company around the world that processes millions of transactions a day. In this talk we will explore the use of KSQL and Kafka Connect and see how easy it is to have your data processed, transformed and persisted with minimum effort and configuration. After going through its basic concepts, we will have a lime demo in which random generated credit card transactions will be persisted in a monthly payout system for our merchants with Kafka
