The Will to Change —Systems—
DDDers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it.
In order to change systems, as DDDers we interpret, map, ideate in various ways.
In order to change system, we need to model and collaborate.
In order for our modelling and collaboration to actuate change, we need to work on ourselves to be the best co-modelling partners we can.
In order to do that, we must learn reformulation, active listening, modeling of modelling, sense-negotiation, consensus voting, delegation-pointing, emotional embarking, consent-framing, and so on.
Let’s talk about these skills.
