In this session, we’ll compare how each service handles extraction, customization, cost exposure, and compliance risk from an architect’s point of view — and when you should not use one. Then we’ll build a small end-to-end pipeline in C#/.NET: first we’ll pull invoice fields using Document Intelligence, then we’ll solve the same task using Content Understanding and discuss what changes. You’ll leave with a simple decision checklist (“Which service do I pick for my workload?”) and starter patterns you can take back to your codebase.
