Next-Level Windows and Intune Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Windows and Intune keeps advancing—and so do the community-driven tools that support it. In this new 2026 edition of Petri Paavola’s ongoing series, you’ll explore updated and newly released tools that streamline real-world troubleshooting and device management. Petri will demonstrate the newest capabilities of his SuperTroubleshooter, along with focused utilities designed to deliver quick, practical wins for IT pros.

While the main focus is hands-on troubleshooting, the session will also briefly highlight interesting tools from the wider IT community and touch on how small design improvements—from console layout to UI polish—can make tools clearer and more enjoyable to use.

AI now plays a central role in modern troubleshooting. Petri will show how AI can analyze logs, crunch large data sets, propose fixes, and speed up script creation—while community tools continue to provide the human-friendly interfaces and context IT pros rely on. Together they raise an important question: If AI can troubleshoot, what is the future role of human experts and community tools?

You’ll see practical workflows where GitHub Copilot, VS Code Agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ChatGPT complement community-built tools rather than replace them—each taking on a different part of the troubleshooting workload.

Expect a fast-paced, demo-heavy session filled with actionable techniques, real PowerShell examples, and insights into the future of AI-assisted IT troubleshooting.
