Fluent, Not Just Licensed: Getting a Whole Organization to Actually Use AI
Buying AI licenses is easy. Getting people to actually use them is the hard part, and it is where most rollouts stall. This session walks through an AI enablement engagement that took an entire organization from entitlement to genuine, self-sustaining adoption, business unit by business unit, using a three-stage wave model that carried learnings forward at every step. The goal was not to turn everyone into an agent builder. It was to make the whole workforce fluent enough to weave AI into everyday work, well beyond "write this email for me," while the most predisposed users leaned into building agents and automations on top of that foundation. You will see the two engines that made it work: discovery workshops that surfaced real use cases and reworked the processes underneath them, and a training and support system that did the quiet, ongoing work of turning licenses into fluency. We will also draw the honest line between an AI need and an automation need. Come for a candid, repeatable playbook, and the one unlock that reframed the entire adoption curve.
