The Live Coding session that was very popular at Directions Asia 2023 is back for Directions Asia 2024!
In this session, you will learn with two Japanese (Microsoft MVP for Business Applications) about "Improving Business Productivity and Value(3)『 Marketing-Direct Mail Creation』 (4)『Sales- Quote Creation』" in a Live Coding format.
In Scenario (3) will leverage Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) and Azure Open AI.
Scenario (4) will leverage Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
DM creation is a time-consuming process that involves planning, creation, approval, A/B testing, and result confirmation. In addition, there are situations where it is appropriate to make a proposal as if it were live in front of the customer while selecting products, accessories, etc. In such cases, CRM or ERP may not fit and development may be required. How should we challenge these issues with Microsoft business applications to achieve "do more with less"?
