In this presentation, I cover different ways of solving SER (Speech Emotion Recognition). The method of analysis consists of extracting voice characteristics and analyzing how these characteristics correlate with the personalities or emotions of individuals. The presentation eventually advocates transfer learning techniques for SER while deep diving into speech features and some traditional methods that were used in the past to solve the problem.
