Our talk will address challenges and roadblocks a service production organization in claims department faced when implementing agile methodologies.

We will address three specific areas: Implementation of cross-functional teams, flattening the organizational structure and what new capabilities it required from the teams, and finally the change that all of this required in the leadership environment and mindset.

Joining this session, you will learn the problems we faced and how they were solved in our context. Together with the audience we will go through the learnings and try to find out which of them are case-specific and which could be more universal.
