Through a live demo, we’ll walk through real-world Azure deployment failures—from broken modules and tangled dependencies to secrets mismanagement and CI/CD breakdowns. We’ll showcase how to identify root causes, refactor modules, and leverage Azure-native tools like Resource Graph, Key Vault, and Bicep for recovery and resilience.
