WIth a diverse set of products, Sofi's mobile surface area is huge. We have found that for a high quality product test automation at all layers unit, widget, golden and integration is essential. Also for tighter feedback loops all these tests have been run on each commit. Over the years our tests expanded to thousands creating challenges with linearly increasing build times and flakiness. In this talk we will go over some techniques and strategies we used to scale our test infrastructure.
