Most partner teams adopting GitHub Copilot lack a control model: they either over-restrict agents out of fear or under-govern them and lose accountability. This 60-minute interactive session unpacks an Assess–Delegate–Review operating framework for Microsoft partner delivery teams. We walk through real scenarios where agents handle development tasks while branch protections, PR reviews, and Defender-for-DevOps policies stay in place. We discuss how to coach architects, leads, and executives to trust agentic delivery without sacrificing auditability or client trust.
