AI Agents Burning Your Budget? Time to Hire a Manager
AI agents on Kubernetes can quietly run up large LLM bills. This talk shows how to add cost observability to agents built with kagent, routing calls through an LLM gateway instrumented with OpenTelemetry and Langfuse. Token usage, latency and spend are shown in Prometheus and Grafana, so you can see exactly what each agent costs and act on it.
