Build a fully private, voice-driven AI assistant using only open-source models running on your own hardware. The stack serves Gemma with vLLM, uses Whisper for speech-to-text, adds voice activity detection and text-to-speech, and wires it together with FastAPI and Docker. No data leaves your machine.
