In my years of doing software, I had been brought in to sort out failing projects, so I call myself "The Cleaner" :-)

Time and time again, I see this:
The business blames it on the developers and the poor developers are doing their best

When I dive into the details I usually see:
the architecture is reasonable
the team is highly skilled, but...
we can't seem to excuse and make the project successful.

In this talk, I'll share my experience in how you can turn around a project and make it a success.
