One pattern I see again and again in software projects is related to the interaction between the business and the developers.

There are a few aspects to this, but one of the challenging ones is focusing on the solution instead of the problem the business is trying to solve, and this is done by both the business and the developers.

Another aspect is how well we, as developers, understand the business domain, mostly if we want to engage in Domain Driven Design.

In this talk, I will try to explain why it is so important to understand the business domain and the business problem we are trying to solve.
