I would give a talk about whether you should build your app natively or with Flutter or any other cross-platform technology, Identifying the drawbacks with Flutter, and also looking at case studies and answering the question of why North American companies and countries choose to build natively most of the time, as opposed to using Flutter or any other cross-platform technology.
