This session demonstrates how to build a lightweight, queryable service graph that unifies topology, telemetry, configuration and billing relationships. Session will walk through the data model (resources, relationships, incidents, usage events), ingestion options for CMDBs/monitoring systems and the most useful graph queries for common MSP problems.

Attendees will see how a small set of Cypher queries and visualizations reduces mean time to resolution, simplifies cross-customer dependency analysis, and closes gaps that cause billing disputes. The demo will be a short live walkthrough of querying a sample multi-tenant graph and resolving a simulated incident + invoice mismatch in under 5 minutes.
