We all have been talking about upgrade paths for various Sitecore versions. But in this talk, we would like to talk about upgrade the path for humans who are trying to keep up the pace with rapidly updating technology. We would like to discuss the path for a Monolithic Developer (.NET) to be a Composable Developer (XM Cloud, JSS, Next.js, Vercel). We will outline the skills required and share key resources to acquire those skills.
