Exploring the technical aspects of Malware in a non-technical way

Attacking a big enterprise takes a lot of time and planning, and hackers do it so efficiently that it sometimes becomes challenging for the enterprises to cope with it. Most of the infamous attacks that a group of hackers target are malware-based. Its intent is primarily a specific enterprise or group of users to destroy or leak their data.
In this session, we will learn about Malware and some common ways of identifying and analyzing them as superficially as possible. From comprehending some malicious documents to some well-known malware such as ransomware, we will understand their behavior and tricks to identify them. We will be following a non-technical and layman approach towards examining malicious software. This session is for anyone who wants to understand the basics of Malware analysis and is willing to learn something new.
