Composable Content in the Age of AI Agents: Rethinking CMS Architecture

"AI-ready" content isn't a checkbox – it's an architecture decision. This session makes the case that composable, component-driven content modeling (the same headless-CMS patterns that gave us multi-channel delivery to web, mobile, and voice) is exactly the foundation AI agents need to reliably crawl, understand, and act on your content.

We'll cover what makes a content model legible to an LLM versus a human editor, why flat page-builder content breaks agent workflows while structured components don't, and how teams are already extending their content architecture to serve agentic experiences (chat interfaces, autonomous research tools, personalization engines) without duplicating their content pipeline. This is an architecture talk for engineers and technical leads deciding how to future-proof their content layer.
