Keeping track of tasks, enhancements, and bugs are a part of daily life when it comes to managing software. Sometimes the tools get in the way more than they help. GitHub is considered by far one of the most recognizable standards for development in the tech industry.

In this session, we will dive into GitHub as a project management tool. We will also explore our interpretations of what effective means and the subjectivity in defining a project. In addition, we’ll discuss project planning and tracking, collaborative coding, issue/error tracking, and version control.
