In this session, we will first discuss the typical challenges that arise in project management and project collaboration in remote teams, especially across company boundaries.
Based on concrete examples from practice, we will look at which tools from the Microsoft 365 landscape have proven themselves for project management or project collaboration and how they can be used in a meaningful way.
The session participants will be able to take away concrete solutions in dealing with Microsoft 365 tools for their future project work.
