Agile Distress and AI Anxiety

No, this is not an “agility bashing” talk. Quite the opposite. But we cannot ignore the fact that we are in at least the second wave of agility bashing. Much has already been said and written about the superficial causes.
Companies that have failed with agile transformation are often left with a shambles. But how did it get this far in the first place? And above all, how can the situation be dealt with constructively?
Agility was supposed to be a solution to a problem. But some companies were not ready for the change. Now agility has failed for some. And the next change is just around the corner: the pressures and uncertainties created by artificial intelligence are triggering worries and fears, but also opportunities and hopes as the market becomes more demanding.
Faced with this situation, how can we ensure that the AI transformation does not have the same consequences as the agile transformation? The key is people, not technology.
