This session examines how AI can support learner agency, responsibility, and problem-solving within peer-driven educational models. Drawing on leadership experience in software engineering schools, it explores how learners engage with AI as a collaborator rather than a replacement for human thinking. The session addresses the central question: how can institutions integrate AI while strengthening autonomy, critical thinking, and motivation?
