Scalable? Maybe Later. Building POCs That Solve the Right Problems First

Developing a proof of concept is a balancing act between time, functionality, and readiness. A successful prototype can spark a desire for instant promotion to production, but spending too much time preparing for scalability will cause a project to die on the vine. In this talk, we will discuss how to assess which features to polish and what aspects to leave as a rough draft in areas such as code quality, infrastructure, and UX. Attendees will learn how to quickly turnaround a proof of concept that answers key questions for decision makers to influence their roadmap.
