My first Power App saved lives, how to design for impact

I built a Power App in the pandemic.

As mental health waiting lists spiralled I looked to Power Apps to regularly update people on the list and get them to complete a form, rather than needing to wait for a series of letters in the post. The impact compounded getting people into therapy months sooner, several clients stated that had saved their lives.
