In this interactive session, participants will explore the latest findings from cognitive science and educational neuroscience to better understand the brain’s reward systems, intrinsic vs. extrinsic motivation, and the role of autonomy, purpose, and belonging in engagement. Together, we’ll translate this research into practical, ready-to-use strategies that will help you create environments where motivation thrives and learning sticks.

This 90min session is designed to be delivered virtually or in-person. It can be adapted to be shorter or longer based on specific needs. Based on the targeted audience, this is session can be geared towards professionals or educators. This session can be delivered in French or English.
