Diversity, inclusion and belonging are topics that have taken on greater significance in the wake of the social unrest and the attacks on BIPOC people in America. These issues have reverberations across all facets of society, including the workplace. This session will help agile practitioners challenge the way agile has traditionally been practiced, with a specific focus on fostering diversity on agile teams, and ensuring a greater sense of inclusion and belonging for agile team members.
