Work changes fast. Last week we were all about Agile and today AI is changing how we get things done. It’s important to keep refining our practices to boost team collaboration and effectiveness. Rather than rolling out another big transformation, Atlassian has decided to take a test-driven approach to experimenting with new ways of working, letting teams try things out in a safe space.

We’ll talk about how to design and run work experiments, check the results, make any necessary tweaks, and share what works with the rest of the organization. I will show how we've applied this approach to improve meetings, make decision-making clearer, and create better feedback loops for our software teams. And hey, not every experiment is a win; I’ll also share some of our flops.
