You work through your undergraduate degree, grind through graduate school, interview and get your first job - you did it! Now what? As new and young professionals, we are encouraged to find and forge our own path, but how? In this space, three new professionals will talk about challenges, lessons learned, and strategies used from their first two years in the field. They also want participants to listen, reflect, and apply strategies to their experiences.
