Conversational AI in Azure - Best Practices from the trenches
The aim of this session is to outline best practices in terms of building conversational AI applications (aka "intelligent agents") as well as show some real-world examples of chatbots built with the Microsoft Bot Framework and Cognitive Services utilizing the Microsoft Conversational AI platform. This session should deliver valuable insights in the field of bot design and development paired with what's working and what's not working (yet) in order to successfully design and build bots using Microsoft the Conversational AI platform.
Moreover, useful guidelines and best practices will be discussed in order to introduce your digital agents into your modern workplace. Therefore, this session will walk through the steps of designing and implementing a chatbot designed to be connected to various channels increasing the use cases as well as user adoption.
