I am excited to propose a session for the upcoming DrupalCon titled 'Our Relationship with Drupal.'

Recently, my daughter, Olivia Scola, and I have been reflecting on how profoundly #Drupal has shaped both my career and hers—a sentiment shared by many in our community. Olivia has grown up hearing about Drupal around our dinner table, influenced by my involvement in co-managing the Maine Drupal User Group since 2007 alongside fellow mentors Adam Courtemanche and Todd Woofenden.

In this session, we aim to gather and share impactful stories from our community, collaborating with Dries Buytaert on this initiative.

By documenting our journeys and giving a shout-out to a mentor or collaborator, we can explore how these experiences have influenced our paths in unique ways.

I invite all Drupal users, regardless of experience level, to submit short audio or video clips (3-5 minutes) that capture their experiences with Drupal. Bluefly.io will provide a form for participants to fill out and upload their audio or video clips. We will compile these submissions and select a few clips to include in our presentation. Additionally, we will gather in-person stories throughout the event.
