There are plenty of incredibly smart young people out there. A lot of them want to start out early, do internships, found a startup etc. From my own experience, I sadly know that there are not too many chances for them to do what they want.

Even though it's hard to find them, there are still some chances! And you want to know the best part? You can be that chance! It just needs one person that believes in a young person - and trust me this can change someones career.

In this talk I want to share some tips what people with a couple years of experience could do to make it easier for young people in tech.
I'm also going to share what helped me in my early years when I started coding at 13, did my first software internship with 14, started a company with 15 and my first software engineering position with 17.

I made it to my goal to help as many young people as possible and it would mean a lot to me if you could support me on this mission!
